The Oak Neck Athletic Council, established in 1996, is a non-profit organization whose primary function is to promote and implement youth programs to assist the development of children in our community.

The name of the council, Oak Neck, was derived from the original name of Bayville, in an effort to combine a sense of history of our area with the future of our children. Participants in our program are from Bayville, Locust Valley, Brookville, Oyster Bay, East Norwich and other surrounding communities.

All of our programs emphasize the value of working hard at school, home and sports in an effort to teach our children the rewards of teamwork and sportsmanship. We offer programs in football, cheerleading, wrestling, boys and girls lacrosse, field hockey and track and field.
We also offer Adult Bocce.

In addition to the growth of our programs, we enjoy use of the turf field and our office and storage facility at Centre Island Beach.
